POSH Policies
A cancellation fee equivalent to one nights stay will be charged on any cancellation made within 14 days of the original reserved stay.

POSH is an adults only facility and does not allow children under the age of 16 years.

POSH does not allow pets.

POSH does not allow smoking in any of our guest rooms. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if guests smoke within the rooms.
Smoking is allowed in any of the common areas.

A maximum occupancy of 2 people per room is allowed. There is an additional fee of $50.00 per night for each additional guest per room.
